INGREDIENTS
- One and a half cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup sweet condensed milk
- 4 teaspoon rooh afza or rose syrup
- Pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ghee (optional)

PREPARATION
- In a pan melt ghee and roast desiccated unsweetened desiccated coconut for a minute on medium flame. If not using ghee just dry roast.
- Add condensed milk and rooh afza, mix well for another minute.
- Remove from microwave and cardamom powder if using.
- Make small round balls and coat with desiccated coconut.
- Coconut rose ladoo are ready to serve.
