INGREDIENTS
- 2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoon rice flour
- 1/2 cup jaggery
- Pinch of salt
- Oil for frying
PREPRATION
- In a bowl, mash banana with the help of a fork. Add all the dry ingredients and mix well to form a lump free batter.
- Heat oil, pour small amount of batter in the oil and fry on medium flame, until golden brown.
