whole wheat flour

ripe banana

cardamom powder

rice flour

jaggery
Pinch
of salt
Oil for frying
Instructions
In a bowl, mash banana with the help of a fork. Add all the dry ingredients and mix well to form a lump free batter.
Heat oil, pour small amount of batter in the oil and fry on medium flame, until golden brown.
Serve hot with tea.
