INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup oats (I used quaker quick oats)
- 1 and a 1/2 cup sweet corn (I used frozen corn)
- 4-5 garlic pods crushed
- 6-7 pepper corn crushed
- 2 table spoon of coriander leaf chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter or ghee
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon chilly flakes (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano (optional)
- 3 cups of water

PREPARATION
- Heat butter or ghee in a pan. Add garlic and saute until the raw smell is gone.
- Now add oats and roast for 1-2 minutes. Add corn, coriander leaf, chilly flakes, oregano, salt, black pepper and mix well.
- Add 3 cups of water and boil at high flame. once it starts boiling lower the flame and cook until the corn is cooked.
- Adjust water and salt.
- Sprinkle black pepper on sweet corn soup and serve hot.

Easy Sweet Corn Soup With Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats I used quaker quick oats
- 1 and a 1/2 cup sweet corn I used frozen corn
