oats
I used quaker quick oats
1
and a 1/2 cup sweet corn
I used frozen corn
4-5
garlic pods crushed
6-7
pepper corn crushed

table spoon of coriander leaf chopped
1
tablespoon
butter or ghee
Salt to taste
1/4
teaspoon
chilly flakes
optional
1/4
teaspoon
oregano
optional

cups
of water
Instructions
Heat butter or ghee in a pan. Add garlic and saute until the raw smell is gone.
Now add oats and roast for 1-2 minutes. Add corn, coriander leaf, chilly flakes, oregano, salt, black pepper and mix well.
Add 3 cups of water and boil at high flame. once it starts boiling lower the flame and cook until the corn is cooked.
Adjust water and salt.
Sprinkle black pepper and serve hot.
