Easy Sweet Corn Soup With Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oats I used quaker quick oats
  • 1 and a 1/2 cup sweet corn I used frozen corn
  • 4-5 garlic pods crushed
  • 6-7 pepper corn crushed
  • 2 table spoon of coriander leaf chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter or ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilly flakes optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano optional
  • 3 cups of water

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter or ghee in a pan. Add garlic and saute until the raw smell is gone.
  • Now add oats and roast for 1-2 minutes. Add corn, coriander leaf, chilly flakes, oregano, salt, black pepper and mix well.
  • Add 3 cups of water and boil at high flame. once it starts boiling lower the flame and cook until the corn is cooked.
  • Adjust water and salt.
  • Sprinkle black pepper and serve hot.
