NO FAIL EGGLESS STRAWBERRY CAKE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour/ maida
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup curd
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon thandai paste or powder (home made or readymade).
- 1 tablespoon cashews or pistachios chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried rose petals
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

PREPARATION
- Preheat oven at 350 degree F. Grease and dust cake pan and keep it aside.
- In a mixing bowl mix curd, oil, milk, sweetened thandai paste or powder, cardomon powder, baking soda, baking powder and sugar powder.
- Add 1/2 tablespoon each of nuts and dried rose petal in the curd mixture.
- Mix the curd mixture with 1 and a half cup of all purpose flour.
- Fold everything together. Now pour the batter into pre greased and dusted cake pan.
- Top with few nuts and petals.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 10-20 minutes garnish with powdered sugar.
