- 1/4 cup all purpose flour (maida)
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 10 blueberries or chocolate chips
- 2 1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar

PREPARATION
- In a bowl whisk milk, butter, vanilla essence and sugar.
- Add this to the dry ingredients (flour and baking powder)

- Pour the batter in small cups or bowl or a big coffee mug. Fill the mug half as the cake will rise.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stick a tooth pick in the centre of the cake, if it is covered with batter, microwave another 30 seconds and so on. (It will take less than 2 minutes) Once the toothpick is clear, the cake is done.
- Top with dusted sugar and blueberries. Serve warm.
