Paneer cutlet is an easy appetizer option for parties and potlucks. Avoid adding green chillies and add less spices if making for kids.

- 500gm Paneer (cottage cheese) grated
- 4 green chillies chopped
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaf chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 5 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
- 1 teaspoon red chilly powder
- Oil for deep frying
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
PREPARATION
- Combine cottage cheese with all the ingredients, mix well to form a smooth paste.
- Divide and shape the mixture into round croquettes / cutlets.
- Heat the oil in a wok, fry few croquettes at a time, until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
Notes-
- You can add onion chopped and garlic paste.
