INGREDIENTS
- 200 gms Noodles (spaghetti) boiled
- 1 cup soya chunks
- 1 big onion sliced
- 1 green capsicum sliced
- 1 small tomato chopped
- 1tbs ginger paste
- 1 tbs garlic paste
- 1 tbs vinegar
- 2tbs chilly sauce
- 2tbs tomato sauce
- 2tbs soya sauce
- 1 tsp red chilly powder
- 4 tbs oil
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION
- Boil noodles with little salt and 1tsp oil.
- Soak soya chunks in hot water for 1 hour.
- In a pan heat oil, add onions and cook until translucent.
- Now add ginger garlic paste. Cook for two minutes.
- Add capsicum and chopped tomatoes. Cook until soft.
- Add all the sauces, vinegar, chilly powder and salt.
- Now add soya chunks and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add noodles and mix well everything.
- Spaghetti noodles with soya chunks is ready.
