INGREDIENTS

- 2 cup brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon roasted peanuts and sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
PREPARATION
- To make roasted brussels sprouts, first remove any loose dead leaves and trim the ends . Now cut each brussel sprout into two parts.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread brussels sprouts on it.
- Drizzle 2 table spoon of oil, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper and salt to taste on the brussels sprouts. Mix everything well.
- Preheat oven for 400 degree F and bake for 20 mins or until the outer covering is crispy and brown.
- Add lime juice and garnish with roasted peanuts and sesame seeds.
