- 2 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of organic jaggery powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamon powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Few tulsi leaves or edible camphor optional

INSTRUCTIONS
- Dissolve jaggery in water. Once the jaggery is dissolved add lemon juice, pinch of salt and cardamon powder.
- Strain and serve chilled. (Optional- Add tulsi leaf.)
