INGREDIENTS
- 2 plantains (green banana or vazhakya)
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 teaspoon red chilly powder
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven for 400 degree F.
- Peel plantain and cut into two pieces. Now cut it into long thin sticks.
- Marinate with coconut oil, chilly powder and salt.
- Arrange fries on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 minutes each side or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
