Finally soft poori recipe 🙂 I always hated making poori, mainly because of long standing in front of the gas for deep frying and secondly because after all the effort I will be not satisfied with the outcome. Either it will be hard or too oily and never fluffy. I started avoiding making poori at all.
But then on our recent visit to India I got to know that my little one loves poori 😛 So, whenever he avoids eating his regular food and If I have time then I make quick poori’s for him. And actually it’s a reason to make because all 3 of us love it. And while doing so I tried a lot of recipes for the prefect fluffy and soft poori. Sharing with you all the recipe which worked for me 🙂 Hope you try this recipe and enjoy it with chole or channa masala or potato curry or simply with pickle.
