INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup paneer
- 4-5 tablespoon powdered sugar
- Pinch of cardamom powder
- Dry fruits for garnish (optional)

PREPARATION
- Take fresh paneer in a bowl and mash it well with hand (Like we do for paneer bhurji).
- Now, add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, chopped dry fruit (optional) and make a smooth dough.
- If the dough is crumbly add 1 tablespoon of milk.
- Divide the dough into small balls. Press a little to make peda shape.
- Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
- Store in airtight container.
