INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of spinach puree ( spinach boiled and pureed)
  • 1/2 cup paneer cubed and fried
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 4 garlic crushed
  • 2 green chilly
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds.
  2. Add garlic and green chilly. Cook for 1 minute and add onion. Cook until onions are translucent.
  3. Now add coriander powder and turmeric powder. Cook for another minute.
  4. Now add curd and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add spinach puree and salt to taste. Cook for another mintue
  6. Add fried paneer cubes. (Pan fry paneer with 2tbs of oil until golden brown on both the sides).
  7. Serve hot with roti, parathas or naan bread.
