INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of spinach puree ( spinach boiled and pureed)
- 1/2 cup paneer cubed and fried
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 4 garlic crushed
- 2 green chilly
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds.
- Add garlic and green chilly. Cook for 1 minute and add onion. Cook until onions are translucent.
- Now add coriander powder and turmeric powder. Cook for another minute.
- Now add curd and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add spinach puree and salt to taste. Cook for another mintue
- Add fried paneer cubes. (Pan fry paneer with 2tbs of oil until golden brown on both the sides).
- Serve hot with roti, parathas or naan bread.
