
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup urad dal/ split gram
- 1 tablespoon fine rava/ semollina (or rice powder)
- 1 green chilly chopped
- 1 spring of curry leaf
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon pepper corn
- Salt to taste

PREPARATION
- To make Mysore bonda, first soak urad dal for at least 2-3 hours and grind it into fine paste using very little water.
- Add chopped green chilly, ginger paste, chopped curry leaves, pepper corns and salt to taste.
- Heat oil in a pan, pour batter into oil with the help of a spoon and deep fry bondas until golden brown both the sides.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney and tea.
