INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon oil ( coconut or any)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon honey

PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl mash one ripe banana with a fork.
- Add oats, oil and honey in the same bowl. Mix everything well and and keep it aside for 5-10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes add chocolate chips and pinch of salt and mix well.
- Divide into small ball and make flatten cookie shape. Place on a parchment paper lined baking tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degree F.
- Cool and serve.
