INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup whole wheat flour or all purpose flour (maida) or 1:1
- 3/4 cup butter milk (Substitute for buttermilk – add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar or apple cider vinegar with one cup of milk)

- 1 tablespoon butter or oil
- Small pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence

PREPARATION
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and make a smooth batter of dosa batter consistency. Adjust the consistency with milk.
- Fill the batter in a squeeze bottle.
- Heat a non stick pan and pour coin size batter to make 10-15 mini pancakes at a time.
- Cook on medium flame, until both the sides are golden brown.
- Serve hot with maple syrup or honey.
