Try this easy and healthy recipe for broken wheat kozhukatta / dalia kozhukatta / broken wheat dumpling / wheat rava kozhukatta 🙂
I am not much of a fan of sweet kozhukatta (I can eat one jaggery kozhukatta but not more than that). I wanted to try savoury kozhukatta from a long time. Basically made dalia upma and then steamed the same for 10 minute. If you are lazy or short of time, skip steaming and just have it as upma 😛
Broken wheat is rich in iron, protein and fiber. Makes it a healthy snack and lunch box option for kids.
