Instructions
Peel boiled potatoes and cut into rough cubes.
In a pan heat oil, now crackle jeera, ajwain, sauf, sesame seeds, red dried chilly and a pinch of asafoetida/hing.
Now add green chilly and onion, fry until golden brown.
Add turmeric and garlic powder and mix well.
Finally add potato and mix well. Add salt, squeeze and coriander leaf.
Serve aloo jeera hot with chapati or dosa.
