In a bowl, take rice flour, salt to taste and add boiled water slowly, while mixing with a spoon.
Now using hand make a smooth dough.
You can also add few drops of ghee to make the dough soft.
Make 15-20 small balls with the dough and place them in the idli plates.
Steam the balls in the idli cooker for around 10-15 minutes.

Add the grated coconut and cook until nice aroma comes.
Now add the steamed rice balls.
Mix well and coat the balls with the masala. Adjust Salt.
