jaggery

ghee

cashews

raisins
Pinch
of cardamom
Instructions
Add little water in the chopped carrots and cook until soft. Drain the extra water.
Heat ghee in a pan, fry the dry fruits and keep them aside.
In the same pan fry oats until crisp (Do not burn).
Now add milk and bring it to boil, now keep cooking on a medium flame until the oats is cooked. Not too thick, as it will become thick later.
Add cooked carrot, jaggery, fried dry fruits and pinch of cardamom.
Serve hot or chilled.
