Ingredients
  

  • One and a half cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup sweet condensed milk
  • 4 teaspoon rooh afza or rose syrup
  • Pinch of cardamom powder optional
  • 1 teaspoon ghee optional

Instructions
 

  • In a pan melt ghee and roast desiccated unsweetened desiccated coconut for a minute on medium flame. If not using ghee just dry roast.
  • Add condensed milk and rooh afza, mix well for another minute.
  • Remove from microwave and cardamom powder if using.
  • Make small round balls and coat with desiccated coconut.
  • Coconut rose ladoo are ready to serve.

Notes

Recipe can be doubled.
Store in airtight container.
Use within a week.
