Ingredients
One and a half cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
1/2
cup
sweet condensed milk
4
teaspoon
rooh afza or rose syrup
Pinch
of cardamom powder
optional
1
teaspoon
ghee
optional
Instructions
In a pan melt ghee and roast desiccated unsweetened desiccated coconut for a minute on medium flame. If not using ghee just dry roast.
Add condensed milk and rooh afza, mix well for another minute.
Remove from microwave and cardamom powder if using.
Make small round balls and coat with desiccated coconut.
Coconut rose ladoo are ready to serve.
Notes
Recipe can be doubled.
Store in airtight container.
Use within a week.
