peanut

rice flour

chickpea flour
besan

teaspoon
red chilly powder
1/2
teaspoon
garam masala
Salt to taste
1/4
teaspoon
turmeric powder

tablespoon
oil
1
teaspoon
fennel seeds crushed
1
teaspoon
chat masala powder
Pinch
of hing
asafoetida
1
spring of curry leaf chopped
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, take chickpea flour and mix all the dry ingredients.
Soak raw peanuts in a bowl of water for 5 minutes. Drain water.
Add the flour spice mixture, salt and chopped curry leaves in the bowl of soaked peanut.
Mix everything well with 2 tablespoon of oil. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of water if required.
Spread evenly the marinated peanut on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Preheat oven at 375 degree F and bake peanuts for 15 minutes.
Cool and store in air tight container. Serve with tea.
