INGREDIENTS
- 2 cup whole wheat flour / atta
- 1 cup ghee / clarified butter
- 1 cup jaggery powder
- Pinch of cardamom powder (optional)

PREPARATION
- Melt ghee in a pan. Add the wheat flour and fry it until it changes colour to light brown and nice aroma comes.
- Off the flame, add a pinch of cardamom powder if using and jaggery powder. Mix well.
- Grease a baking tray, spread the mixture evenly with the help of a spoon.
- Keep the tray in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
- Cut into square pieces with the help of a sharp knife.
- Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
