INGREDIENTS

  • 10-15 button mushroom
  • 5 garlic minced or paste
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Cheese as required
  • 2 tablespoon coriander leaf chopped (optional)

PREPARATION

  • First clean the mushrooms, and remove the stem carefully with a knife.
  • Now, finely chop the mushroom stem into small pieces.
  • To make the filling heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and cook until transparent or golden brown.
  • Add chopped garlic, coriander leaf and chopped mushroom stem.
  • Mushroom stem will release water, cook until all the water is evaporated.
  • Off the flame and crushed black pepper and a pinch salt. Do not add much salt as it will make mushrooms soggy after baking. If Need You can sprinkle some salt later.
  • Now stuff the mushroom cap with the filling. Top with grated cheese.
  • Preheat oven at 350F. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy 🙂 .

NOTES

  • You can add garlic powder instead of garlic.
  • Do not add much salt as it will make mushrooms soggy after baking.
  • You can add lemon juice to the filling.
  • Baking time varies with different ovens.
