INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup raw peanut
- 10 dry red chillies
- 10 garlic
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION
- Heat a pan and dry roast peanuts until some black spots appear.
- Dry roast dried red chillies and garlic separately. You can also use 1-2 tablespoon of oil to dry roast red chillies and garlic.
- Let all the ingredients cool. Remove the peanut skin.
- Grind everything coarsely in a blender. Add salt as required.
- Store in airtight container. Serve with rice, roti, paratha or dosa.
NOTES
- Recipe can be doubled.
- Can adjust spice level.
