INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup raw peanut
  • 10 dry red chillies
  • 10 garlic
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION

  • Heat a pan and dry roast peanuts until some black spots appear.
  • Dry roast dried red chillies and garlic separately. You can also use 1-2 tablespoon of oil to dry roast red chillies and garlic.
  • Let all the ingredients cool. Remove the peanut skin.
  • Grind everything coarsely in a blender. Add salt as required.
  • Store in airtight container. Serve with rice, roti, paratha or dosa.

NOTES

  • Recipe can be doubled.
  • Can adjust spice level.
