I bought this manna health mix for breakfast. But some how I didn’t wanted to eat it as porridge. So this easy multi grain energy ball or manna health mix laddo is easy and ready to eat snack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup manna health mix (Ragi, Bajra, Corn, Jowar, Wheat, Red rice, Barley Pulses: Fried gram, Green gram. Sago, Groundnut, Cardamom, Almonds, Cashew nuts)
  • 1 cup powdered cane sugar / jaggery / karpatti / sharkara
  • Hand full of dry fruits
  • Ghee or clarified butter as required

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Dry roast health powder in a pan for 2 mins or until a nice aroma starts coming.
  • Off the flame and add the powdered cane sugar. I used organic powdered cane sugar.Keep mix until the cane sugar starts melting.
  • Heat 2 table spoons of ghee in a small pan and fry dry fruits.
  • Now add this fried dry fruits and ghee in the cane sugar and health mix.
  • Mix well and starts making small ball shaped laddos. If the mixture is very dry add some ghee or 2-3 tablespoon of cold milk.
  • Store in air tight container.
