Ingredients
- 500 grams blueberry washed and drained
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3.5 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup pectin
Preparation
- Combine blueberries and water in a saucepan, bring it to boil and cook until tender.
- Strain through cheesecloth.
- Place the juice in the saucepan and bring it to boil for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar and lemon juice, stir and dissolve over high flame.
- Now add pectin all at once and boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat, skim off foam and pour in a sterilized jar.
