INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup custard powder
- 1 cup whole wheat flour / atta
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup tutti fruity or chopped dry fruit
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon milk

PREPARATION
- In a bowl mix wheat flour, custard flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda and tutti fruity.
- Add oil and make a soft dough. If the dough is crumbly add 1 tablespoon of milk.
- Make small balls from the dough .
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Arrange the small the balls in the baking tray.
- Preheat oven at 350F and the cookies for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove it from the oven and let it cool.
- Store in air tight container.
NOTES
- I used vanilla flavoured custard powder.
- Use a neutral flavoured vegetable oil like sunflower or canola oil.
