Tangy Mushroom Masala For Roti Under 30 Minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 12 piece chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon siracha
- 2 tablespoon ginger garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon cilantro / coriander leaves chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven at 375F.
- TO MAKE THE SAUCE- Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, siracha, olive oil together and set it aside.
- Line the chicken pieces on a baking dish, brush the chicken pieces with the sauce on both the sides so that they are coated completely.
- Bake at 375F for 20 minutes. Flip the chicken and brush the remaining sauce on both the sides and bake for 20 minutes more.
- Top with cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
