INGREDIENTS
- 1 + 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup maida (all purpose flour) or whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup raisins
- Small pinch of salt
- 1/2 brown sugar or powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ghee or butter

PREPARATION
- Preheat oven at 350F or 180C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and keep it aside.
- Take oats, flour, small pinch of salt and baking soda in a bowl. Mix well and keep it aside.
- Melt butter or ghee. In a bowl, mix melted ghee, sugar and milk into a smooth mixture.
- Now add the oats mixture and raisins to the wet mixture.
- Mix well with a spoon or hand. Form a dough.
- Make 10-12 small bite size ball. Press a little within the middle with palm or fork.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool. Store in airtight container.
