Siniscollections cracker with guacamole

INGREDIENTS

  • Crackers or monaco biscuits
  • 2 avocados (Ripe)
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbs coriander leaf / cilantro chopped

PREPARATIONS

  • Scoop the inside of the avocados with a blunt knife. Mash the avocados with a fork.
  • Add onion, cilantro, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Add chopped tomatoes (if using) just before serving .
  • Add one 1 tbs on each cracker and serve.

NOTES

  • Can store in airtight container and refrigerate.
