INGREDIENTS
- Crackers or monaco biscuits
- 2 avocados (Ripe)
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbs coriander leaf / cilantro chopped
PREPARATIONS
- Scoop the inside of the avocados with a blunt knife. Mash the avocados with a fork.
- Add onion, cilantro, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Add chopped tomatoes (if using) just before serving .
- Add one 1 tbs on each cracker and serve.
NOTES
- Can store in airtight container and refrigerate.
