To make strawberry pachadi, whisk 1 cup of curd and keep it aside.
Wash and chop strawberries into small pieces. Add it to the curd.
Meanwhile, in a blender make fine paste of grated coconut and 1 teaspoon jeera (cumin seeds). Add this paste to the curd and strawberry mixture.
Heat one tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan and splutter 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds. Now add one dry chilly, curry leaves, green chilly chopped and shallot sliced. Saute for 1 minute.
Turn off the heat. Finally add curd, coconut and strawberries mixture. Adjust salt to taste.
At the end, crush 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds and top on pachadi for extra flavour.
