In a pan boil water, once the water starts to boil, add spinach leaves. Boil for a minute or until the stems are soft.
Remove the leaves from the water and transfer in cold water.
Remove the leaves from water and blend into puree. You can add one green chilly while blending if you want.
Now take whole wheat flour , all purpose flour, semolina, salt in a bowl.
Add 4 tablespoon hot oil and mix well. Now make a soft dough by adding little water at a time.
Rest the dough for 20 -30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, make small balls from the dough.
Roll them into thin puris, using a rolling pin.
Heat oil for deep frying, fry the puri on medium flame, until both the sides are crisp.
Serve hot with potato or any curry.
