Crispy Instant Ragi Dosa - Finger Millet Crepes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ragi flour/ finger millet flour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1 cup curd
  • Water as needed
  • 1 green chilly finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix curd, salt, cumin seeds, chopped green chilly, rice and ragi flour.
  • Add water (1-1.5 cup of water) and rest the batter for 15-20 minutes.
  • Heat a tava, it should be ver hot, pour a ladle of batter in an outer circle then fill in inside. Do not over lap or make round like we do for regular dosa (Make ragi dosa like we make rava dosa).
  • Cook ragi dosa on medium flame.
  • You can drizzle ghee or oil on the side and flip it when the sides are cooked or crisp.
  • Serve ragi dosa with chutney, sambar or any curry.
