Easy Baked Lasagna Pasta Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 lasagna pasta
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilly powder

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta as described on the package or boil a pot of water with some salt and add the pasta. Boil until the noodle is soft.
  • Once the pasta is soft and cooked, drain the water.
  • Cut the pasta into triangles with the help of a scissor and arrange the triangles on a lined baking tray.
  • Brush each triangle with oil on both the sides.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning (mixture of salt, chilly powder and garlic powder) generously on both the sides.
  • Preheat the oven at 340F. Bake the chip for 10-15 minutes or until they golden brown and crips. Keeping checking in between as the baking time may vary from oven to oven and the chips may burn easily.
  • Enjoy with tea or any dip. You can also spread cheese and salsa on them and eat as nachos.
