basmati rice
2
tablespoon
sugar

tablespoon
rose syrup or rooh afza
Instructions
Wash and soak 2 tablespoon of basmati rice in some water for half an hour.
Drain the water, and dry the rice on a cloth or paper towel. Grind the rice into semolina or sooji consistency.
In a thick bottom pan, boil 3 cups of full fat milk.
Once the milk starts boiling, add the ground rice.
Stir until the rice is soft. Now add sugar and cook on low flame.
Keep scraping the side and cook for 10 more minutes or until the milk is thick.
Off the flame and add rose syrup or rooh afza.
Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot or chilled.
