Easy Mix Vegetable Fried Rice Indo - Chinese Style

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups of cooked rice
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/4 of cabbage head chopped
  • 1 small carrot chopped
  • 1 small capsicum chopped
  • 2 table spoon ginger garlic paste mixture
  • 4 tablespoon spring onions optional
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Soya sauce
  • Sriracha chilly sauce
  • Black pepper powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • Vinegar or lemon optional

Instructions
 

  • In a wok or frying pan heat oil. Add chopped onions and fry until soft.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell is gone.
  • Add all the chopped vegetables and cooked for a minute or two, do not over cook the vegetables as we want them to be little crunchy.
  • Now add all the sauces and mix well.
  • Finally add the cooked rice, salt and pepper.
  • Mix well and off the heat and cover the rice for 2 minutes.
  • Serve the hot.
