Ingredients

of cooked rice

small onion chopped
1/4
of cabbage head chopped
1
small carrot chopped
1
small capsicum chopped
2
table spoon ginger garlic paste mixture

tablespoon
spring onions
optional
Tomato ketchup
Soya sauce
Sriracha chilly sauce
Black pepper powder
Salt to Taste

oil
Vinegar or lemon optional
Instructions
In a wok or frying pan heat oil. Add chopped onions and fry until soft.
Now add ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell is gone.
Add all the chopped vegetables and cooked for a minute or two, do not over cook the vegetables as we want them to be little crunchy.
Now add all the sauces and mix well.
Finally add the cooked rice, salt and pepper.
Mix well and off the heat and cover the rice for 2 minutes.
Serve the hot.
