Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup Maida / All purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup curd
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup tutti frutti

Instructions
 

  • n a bowl mix curd, sugar, vanilla extract and oil into a smooth mixture.
  • Sieve all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder into a bowl.
  • Mix well the wet and the dry ingredients.
  • Add water and mix well.
  • Finally, add tutti frutti and mix well and pour the batter into a pre dusted or greased cake pan.
  • Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
