paneer

tablespoon
powdered sugar
Pinch
of cardamom powder
Dry fruits for garnish
optional

tablespoon
milk
optional
Instructions
Take fresh paneer in a bowl and mash it well with hand. (Like we do for paneer bhurji)
Now add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, chopped dry fruit (optionaand make a smooth dough.
If the dough is crumbly add 1 tablespoon of milk.
Divide the dough into small balls. Press a little to form peda shape.
Garnish with dry fruit.
Store in airtight container.
Use immediately or keep refrigerated.
