No-Cook Paneer Peda - With 3 Ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup paneer
  • 4-5 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • Pinch of cardamom powder
  • Dry fruits for garnish optional
  • 1 tablespoon milk optional

Instructions
 

  • Take fresh paneer in a bowl and mash it well with hand. (Like we do for paneer bhurji)
  • Now add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, chopped dry fruit (optionaand make a smooth dough.
  • If the dough is crumbly add 1 tablespoon of milk.
  • Divide the dough into small balls. Press a little to form peda shape.
  • Garnish with dry fruit.
  • Store in airtight container.
  • Use immediately or keep refrigerated.
