Whole Wheat Fudge - Easy 3 Ingredient Atta Barfi

Easy and delicious atta barfi or whole wheat fudge. Made with just three ingredients, great for any festival or occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup whole wheat flour / atta
  • 1 cup ghee / clarified butter
  • 1 cup jaggery powder
  • Pinch of cardamom powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt ghee in a pan. Add the wheat flour and fry it until it changes colour to light brown and nice aroma comes.
  • Off the flame, add a pinch of cardamom powder if using and jaggery powder. Mix well.
  • Grease a baking tray, spread the mixture evenly with the help of a spoon.
  • Keep the tray in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
  • Cut into square pieces with the help of a sharp knife.
  • Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
