Baked Bhindi Popcorn - Vegan No Oil Crispy Okra Bites

Easy baked bhindi popcorn made with simple ingredients. Something different with everyones favourite vegetable. Serve it hot as appetizer or as snack with tea.
In a bowl make a smooth batter with besan/ chickpea flour, water, garlic paste and salt.
Wash, dry and chop bhindi/okra into 1-2 inch pieces.
For breading, take bread crumbs, spices and salt in another bowl.
Coat the bhindi/okra pieces with the batter evenly.
Now transfer the coated pieces into the breading bowl, make sure there is no excess batter while you transfer. Coat bread crumbs evenly on all the sides of the bindi/okra.
Arrange the pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 400F for 25 minutes. ( You can also spray some oil on breaded bhindi /okra before baking for more crispiness).
