Easy Microwave Blueberry Cupcake

Easy microwave cup cake recipe or sweet cravings :-) You can add blueberry, strawberry, chocolate chip or any topping of choice. This cup cake tastes best when served warm. It is easy to make, moist, soft from inside and delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour maida
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 10 blueberries or chocolate chips
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl whisk milk, butter, vanilla essence and sugar.
  • Add this to the dry ingredients (flour and baking powder)
  • Now add the blueberries or chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Pour the batter in small cups or bowl or a big coffee mug. Fill the mug half as the cake will rise.
  • Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stick a tooth pick in the centre of the cake, if it is covered with batter, microwave another 30 seconds and so on. (It will take less than 2 minuteOnce the toothpick is clear, the cake is done.
  • Top with dusted sugar and blueberries. Serve warm.
