Try this easy panner cutlet / cottage cheese croquettes, next time you crave deep fried goodness :-) crispy from outside, soft and delicious from inside.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Paneer (cottage cheesgrated
  • 4 green chillies chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaf chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ajwain carom seeds
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
  • 5 tablespoon gram flour besan
  • 1 teaspoon red chilly powder
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala

Instructions
 

  • Combine cottage cheese with all the ingredients, mix well to form a smooth paste.
  • Divide and shape the mixture into round croquettes / cutlets.
  • Heat the oil in a wok, fry few croquettes at a time, until golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.

Notes

  • You can add onion chopped and garlic paste.
