Try this easy panner cutlet / cottage cheese croquettes, next time you crave deep fried goodness :-) crispy from outside, soft and delicious from inside.

- 500 gm Paneer (cottage cheesgrated
- 4 green chillies chopped
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaf chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ajwain carom seeds
- 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 5 tablespoon gram flour besan
- 1 teaspoon red chilly powder
- Oil for deep frying
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
Combine cottage cheese with all the ingredients, mix well to form a smooth paste.
Divide and shape the mixture into round croquettes / cutlets.
Heat the oil in a wok, fry few croquettes at a time, until golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
- You can add onion chopped and garlic paste.
