Salt to taste
Instructions
To make easy prawn curry, first grind dry chillies, coriander seeds and turmeric to a paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves mustard seeds, ginger garlic paste and onions. Saute for a while.
Add the ground paste. Cook for 5 minutes. Mix in tomatoes, tamarind pulp and salt.
Now, add prawns, after the first boil lower the flame for 10 minutes or until prawns are cooked.
Garnish with coconut and fried curry leaves.
Serve hot with rice, paratha, naan or roti.
