In a mixing bowl take boiled and peeled sweet potato and mash it well with the help of a fork.
Add all the spices, cumin seeds, carom seeds, chopped green chilly and coriander leaf to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
Finally, add whole wheat flour, salt to taste and 1 tablespoon ghee.
Make a soft dough. I didn't use water but you you can use 1-2 table spoon of water or oil if the dough is very dry.
Divide the dough into small balls.
Make thin roti using a rolling pin.
Heat a flat pan and cook both the sides of the roti, until some golden brown spots appear. You can also use some ghee ( clarified butter ) or oil to cook roti.
Serve hot with pickle or raita.
