INGREDIENTS
- 2 cup full fat milk
- 1 cup orange ( deseeded and outer white skin removed)
- 1/2 cup sugar or sweet condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Dry fruits and saffron for garnish
PREPARATION
- To make orange kheer, boil milk in a thick bottomed pan.
- Once milk starts boiling add sugar and cardamom powder.
- Boil milk until it is thick and half in quantity. Off the flame and let it cool.
- Once milk is lukewarm or completely cool, add oranges. Serve chilled.
- Garnish with dry fruits and saffron.
