Easy recipe for baked kale chips. Kale is a super food. It is full of vitamins and minerals. One bowl of kale just contain 33 calories.
INGREDIENTS
- Bunch of kale
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
PREPARATION
- Wash the kale bunch and remove all water with help of a salad spinner or kitchen towel.
- Remove the stem and cut the leaves into small pieces.
- Place parchment paper on a baking tray and spray it with cooking oil.
- In a bowl take kale pieces and sprinkle it with oil, salt and pepper.
- Preheat oven at 350 degree F. Spread the kale pieces on the baking tray without overlapping.
- Bake until the edges brown but do not burn.
- Serve kale chips immediately.
